We currently have a vacancy for a qualified Civil Engineer to join a fully integrated land development consultancy that has been involved in shaping New Zealand’s development for over 25 years.

Engineering solutions may encompass projects relating to carpark design and roading, earthworks and subdivision design, through to the modelling of sewer, stormwater and high-pressure networks.


Role information:

Join a busy Auckland practice who’s projects are based in land development and water engineering.

As a senior member of the team, with responsibility for client projects and client management, you will provide leadership and technical skills to aid with day-to-day operational requirements of the engineering department. This will include the preparation of engineering design plans and liaising with Council to obtain design approvals as well as preparing documents for tenders. You will be required to project manage various engineering projects.

The role involves:

  • Infrastructure assessment reports
  • Project Management and Budget Control
  • Water, Stormwater and Wastewater Infrastructure
  • Land Development and assist with quoting civil works
  • Undertaking detailed design and modelling using 12d, Autocad and more

Ideal candidate:

  • Bachelors in Engineering
  • Be highly competent with the use of 12D engineering software and design packages
  • Have 5-10 years New Zealand work experience
  • Be working towards or be a Chartered Professional Engineer
  • A great attitude and work ethic
