Beacon Hill Financial is seeking an interim Payroll Manager managing a weekly, multi-state payroll for about 1200 employees. This position is with an industry leader, located in Bothell, WA and will start immediately and run through early June 2020. 

To be considered, you must have prior Payroll Management experience, proven experience managing a team of Payroll Processors and able to support a team that process high-volume weekly multi-state payroll.  An ability to work over-time is required. 

Additional areas of consideration include:

• Strong desire to stay for the duration of six months 
• Proven Payroll Management leadership skills
• Ultipro experience a plus, but not required
• Weekly payroll experience a plus, but not required
• Project based payroll/incentive payroll/ piece rate payroll
• Full cycle payroll including tax review
• Multi-state payroll including California  
• Strong problem solving skills
