•Manage a team of CRSs (both on site and telecommuter) and ensure they deliver a high quality service experience with complete and correct information to our highest priority branch constituencies

• Develop individual talent development and career path plans for each team member

• Drive a team culture that advocates the clients' needs and challenges polices and procedures in an effort to make it easier to do business

•Enhance the employee experience and improve employee engagement

Basic Qualifications: 

-College Degree preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills; previous managerial skill

-Strong communication skills

-Experience in the service industry and specialities in banking products
