Regional Project Finance Manager (BBBH148078) Singapore
The Regional Project Finance Manager will be responsible for providing commercial insight on renewable energy projects through different life cycle stages. Individual must be able to bring them from origination to sell, effectively managing both internal and external stakeholders at a global level. Additional key responsibilities for this candidate are as follows:
- Evaluations of new opportunities across businesses, geographies and technologies that are aligned with Organisation's strategy
- To take lead of commercial discussions and negotiations of funding activities, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, etc.
- Management of key relations within asset management, procurement, relevant financial corporations
- Updating and maintaining financial models
The client is seeking an individual with relevant project finance experiences in the renewable energy sphere, having a prior track record working on end-to-end transactions. Individual should also possess experiences in fund raising, driving M&A activities and be very proficient in financial modelling.
