Administrative support on the VME Business System from receipt of enquiry to delivery of material, encompassing the following steps:
- Send enquiry to relevant departments
To prepare Commercial / Technical offer based on specifications defined on customer RFQ, Sales
Manager, Technical Manager or Management. Sales Order Entry / Amendment
- Purchase Order Entry and order status follow up
- Liaison with Vallourec OCTG Sales Hubs
- Order expediting
- Accountable for on-time preparation of Sales Invoice & submission to customers and follow up until payment received
- Provide documentation packages
- Signing the customers invoices
- Checking & keeping the record ofVME Stock material in pentagon (Applicable to Accessories)
Maintain all relevant record for ISO/API audit. (Applicable to Drill)
- Responsible to issue CIT Reports (Applicable to Drill)
- Above accountabilities applicable for Jebel Ali and Abu Dhabi, (Applicable to Drill)
- KPl's on allocated customers / Inside Sales
