Summary of the Position and Company
This is an opportunity to work with a customer experience agency that truly believes in the power of data to create innovation and that is developing their data capacity. The role itself will enable you to be a leader within the data space and leave your stamp in an organisation. It will be central to many areas of the business and you will be the key person ensuring the right data is in front of the right people.
Day to day responsibilities include
- Devise and develop the data strategy and analytical plans of the company
- Work alongside other areas of the business to plan the use of data to improve performance
- Look for exciting opportunities within data
- Help create the right reporting frameworks
- Assist with development of team and provide coaching to junior members
The IDEAL candidate will posses
- Experience working with tools such as SAS, Python and R
- Proven experience working with database and visualisation tools such as SQL and Tableau
- Statisitical modelling knowledge
- Strong communication and client engagement skills
- Experience with digital analytics tools desirable
- Degree qualified in Mathematics or Statistics
