Key Roles and Responsibilities include:
This role has the responsibility of managing the administration of the customer’s vehicles, vehicle quoting and providing a first in class service to our Relationship Management Team.
- Supporting Client Relations team with administration tasks
- Updating the system with relevant customer and driver administration information
- Preparing customer reports on a monthly and on ad hoc basis as required
- Running quotes for customers and prospects
- Liaising with drivers when quoting, ordering and arranging delivery of vehicles & for information
- Arrange the collection of lease end vehicles & deliveries of SIXT Rental Fleet
- Check Supplier Invoice Queries
- Support and contribute to ongoing projects in SIXT leasing
- Support Account Manager in all administration aspects to ensure excellent customer service at all times
Key Requirements:
- Qualified in a business or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Customer Relationship role.
- A self-starter with experience in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to communicate confidently and productively
- Excellent work ethic, ambitious, energetic and motivated with ability to adapt to new challenges
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel & Outlook
- Problem-solving experience
- Must have a “can do” attitude
