Phone Based Account Manager/Inside Sales €35k-€45k (SP743) Dublin South, Republic of Ireland

Salary: EUR35000 - EUR45000 per annum + 14% Bonus + VHI + Pension

 

Telephone Based Account Manager/Inside Sales - €35,000- €45,000, South Dublin

Function: Business Commercial Sales

Reporting to: Inside Sales Manager

 

Role Description:

  • The role is responsible for maximizing results within their portfolio, including sales and profitability – deliver on monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
  • These portfolios consists small and medium customers across various industries (both bulk and card sales).
  • The main activities of the role is to deliver results through the campaigns and activities that is developed by the team and supports the main responsibility for the sales rep.
  • Handle incoming matters from customers and Customer Service.
  • The main communication tools are telephone, e-mail, direct marketing by post or e-mail, our website and eventually online-meetings.
  • Develop ability and knowledge by sales training and role-play, be a part of develop campaigns and activities and potentially also be responsible for some.
  • Close leads from outside sales, RSO and digital sales/marketing by means of telephone, email and potentially chat/video.

 

Role Responsibility:

  • Maximize sales and profitability on portfolio.
  • Increase share of wallet on existing customers.
  • Execute on sales strategies –Focus on TCO and added value for CKE and our customers.
  • Cooperate with outside sales in driving implementation of contracts (Sub-contractors, Share-of-wallet, B2E sales, etc.).
  • Make daily use of CKE sales methodology (e.g. Challenger sales, product training, systems, tools and templates).

 

Requirements:

  • Higher relevant education (business administration, economics, industrial engineering, sales/marketing, etc.)
  • Relevant practical experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar customer service/telesales role.
  • Very Strong customer focus.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Fluent English.
  • Proactive attitude towards Sales.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal.
  • Strong Team player.
  • Able to solve complex customer issues in a diplomatic manner.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to assist / support other team members.
  • Computer literate in Office / Excel / E-mail.
