Life Protection Sales Advisor
Location: Hove
Salary: £22k – £24k pa with uncapped commission £40k on target earnings
Hours: Full Time – varied shifts
Our client is looking for a Life Protection Sales Advisor to join their successful and busy team selling protection and life insurance policies to customers based their offices in Hove.
You will be self-motivated and have excellent interpersonal skills, whilst ensuring that you have the drive and passion to achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
• Telephone based sales advisor within the Insurance sector
• Upselling and cross selling other products and services
• Selling a variety of insurance-based packages
• Managing sales enquiries via email and telephone
• Converting quotations to sales
• Offering out-standing customer service to all customers
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• Previous telephone sales experience ideally within financial services or insurance
• Customer service skills
• Strong relationship builder
• Thrives in a target driven environment
• Consultative approach to selling
• Fast learner and developer
• Experience in working in a fast-paced sales environment
