Are you looking to further your career within the property industry?

We are looking for someone who is keen to learn but does have some experience with either a property management or lettings as this will be a great base to build your training on.

You will have a passion for property and be passionate about giving outstanding customer service.

Salary ?24k - ?25k + bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am ? 5:30pm plus 1 in 4 Saturdays (on a rota basis with a day off in lieu)

The role:
? Guide tenants through the renting process
? Processing tenancy paperwork, drawing up contracts and other legal documents
? Keeping accurate property records
? Ensuring the organisation are compliant with legislation across the operations
? Dealing with enquiries from landlords and tenants
? Preparing properties for tenancy change over
? Account managing and attending client meetings

You will have
? Property Management or Lettings Agent experience
? A good understanding of Property Legislation
? Approachable and focused providing great customer service
? Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
? Knowledgeable of the Brighton area
? Full UK driving licence
? Experience dealing with complaints
? Strong attention to detail
