New Business Account Handler (Broker)
Salary: £24,600 + Great benefit package
Location: Lancing
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Do you want to work for a highly reputable broker that offers CII study and career development in a busy and proactive working environment?
You will already have a proven background within insurance in either account management, sales, retention or customer service and enjoy generating new business opportunities and liaising with clients over the phone?
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the portfolio of the companies of prospects and clients
- Generate new business growth through sales activities
- Work on various new business campaigns
- Target new prospects and cross sell and up sell to existing clients
- Achieve revenue targets for both new and existing business
- Adhere to company policies and FCA regulations
- Complete fact finding with clients and provide quotations
- Issue invoices and policy documentation
- Issue written confirmation, providing full details of cover and enclose proposals
- Develop a positive relationship with clients
- Offer outstanding client and customer services
- Attend customer events
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Insurance sales background
- Proven background of working within a FCA regulated environment
- CII qualified or would like to take further study to achieve it
- Natural rapport builder
- Proven ability to generate new business
- Well-presented and confident
- Self-motivated and driven
