IFA Sales Support Administrator

Location: Crawley

Salary: £24k - £32k DOE

Mon-Fri – Full Time

Do you have a background working within an IFA/Wealth management organisation within a clerical/administrative role supporting a team of IFA’s and want to work in a friendly and pro-active organisation?

I have great pleasure in supporting our client in the recruitment of a dynamic and well organised IFA Sales support Administrator to join their successful and busy team based in their offices in Crawley.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with incoming telephone and email enquiries
  • Dealing with incoming post and distributing it to employees
  • Arranging meetings and booking appointments on behalf of the Financial Advisers
  • Submitting new business applications
  • Ordering stationary and supplies
  • Maintaining the company’s diary
  • Liaising with product providers and mortgage lenders
  • Creating client financial reports and letters
  • Attending meetings when required
  • Compiling invoices and monitoring receipt of commission payments from clients
  • Create financial reports using spreadsheets
  • Updating accurately the customer database
  • Update database applications

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven administration background within an IFA/Wealth Management organisation
  • Ideally have knowledge of Intelligent Office
  • Excellent IT skills inclusive of Excel
  • Great communication skills
  • Well organised and can work to strict deadlines
  • Works well in and team and be able to work on your own initiative
