Motor Service Advisor
Location: Worthing
Salary: £20k-£24k + Benefit package
Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30 – 18.30 and 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis 7am-13.00 paid at overtime rate
Free parking on site

I have an exciting opportunity that has arisen within our prestigious and highly reputable client’s service team based in their offices in Worthing.

The role will be to effectively manage all areas of administration at the branch to ensure customer excellence and the smooth running of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with customer queries over the phone
• Responding efficiently to queries within SLA’s to ensure repeat business
• Ensure service bookings are processed efficiently and accurately
• Dealing with Invoice queries and order numbers
• Covering service reception when required
• Monitoring the sales process
• Ensuring customers waiting for their new vehicle are comfortable

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Ideally a background within the motor industry
• Highly customer focused
• Great administration skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent attention to detail and good IT skills
• Confident communicator and well presented
