Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Hove
Salary: £22k - £25k + OTE
Hours: 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri

Responsibilities:
- Using social media, job boards and the in-house database to search for candidates
- Writing and posting vacancies on websites
- Screening candidates
- Interviewing candidates
- Candidate interview preparation
- Scheduling interview
- Co-ordinating placements
- Negotiation on rates and agreements
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Sales/recruitment experience
- Ability to work to targets
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills
