Payroll Administrator (12-month FTC)
Salary: £25k
Location: Portslade
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-17.30
I have great pleasure in supporting our client in the recruitment of a Payroll Administrator to join their busy Finance team covering a 12-month maternity contract based I their offices in Portslade.
Responsibilities:
• Collate all payroll information
• Inputting new starters
• Adjustments to contract details
• Process leavers and produce P45’s
• Year-end P11d’s
• Dealing with additional payments of commissions, bonus and over time
• Assisting with sickness calculations
• Update spreadsheets
• Assistance with pension schemes
• Assist in running P60’s
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
• Proven payroll experience
• Ability to work to deadline and work under pressure
• Highly organised
• Have dealt with sick pay, maternity calculations
• Excellent communication skills
