Payroll Executive
Salary: £24k - £26,500 + Great benefit package
Location: Haywards Heath
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-17.30

You will already have an extensive background in processing internal payroll and ideally international payroll with the ability to use different IT and accounting systems.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end processing and administration for over 250 UK staff
- Knowledge of pension and payroll legislation
- Calculations of payroll and associated payments for all staff
- Processing employee tax codes, p11D, P60 and P45
- Resolve payroll queries
- Creating reports
- Administer the self-service portal pay queries
- Maintain staff records correctly
- Create monthly pension contributions schedules
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven processing end to end internal payroll experience
- Knowledge of pension and payroll legislation
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT skills inclusive of Excel
