Client Handler (Personal Lines)
Location: Twickenham
Salary: £28k
Hours: Mon-Fr 8.45am – 17.00pm

You will already have experience of working in personal lines products preferably in Home and Motor and have amazing communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handling day to day enquiries
- Renewals
- Retention and policy management
- Build strong client and insurer relationships
- Upsell and cross sell additional products
- Understand the market and secure and retain all risks
- Offer outstanding customer service
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
- Educated to a minimum of A-level standard
- Proven background within personal lines products
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised
- Strong IT skills
