Senior Protection Consultant (Life insurance)
Salary: £22k-£24k (flexibility DOE) £45k OTE
Location: Worthing
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week
I have great pleasure in supporting our highly esteemed client in the recruitment of a Senior Protection Consultant to join their Sales division assisting with the new set up of the telephonic sales department.
The role will require you to convert a high-quality sales pipeline being responsible for the identification, development and closing of new business.
Responsibilities:
• Dealing with customers over the phone
• Converting sales enquiries
• Managing a sales pipeline
• Prospect management
• Sales process management
• Updating the CRM accurately
• Build strong internal relationships with other areas of the organisation
• Implementation of new business policies and managing the underwriting process
• Working to sales targets and strict SLA’s
• Ensuring all FCA regulations are met
• Attending sales meetings
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply for the role:
• Proven telephone sales background within life insurance
• Driven and tenacious
• Ability to build strong business relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organised and motivated
