Medical Insurance Account Manager
Location: Haywards Heath
Salary: £28k - £30k
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-17.30
(occasional international travel is required)

You will already have a background within insurance/financial services within a customer account management role of similar and thrive in building strategic long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Business Development Manager
- Resolving a range of queries over the phone, emails and meetings
- Management of the relationship of clients and insurance partners
- Manage projects within client relationship strategies
- Identify opportunities to grow the business with existing clients
- Work closely with specific partners to manage their key account renewals
- Service multiple clients ensuring the highest level of service is given
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven background within medical insurance
- Outstanding customer service and account management skills
- Great communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
