Accounts Manager (Practice)

Salary: £40k-£45+ Depending on experience
Location: Worthing
Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities include:

• Managing individual clients and ensuring the various deadlines are achieved in a timely manner
• Attending client meetings when required
• Supporting partners’ in one-off project-based assignments
• Managing a portfolio of growing SME’s, involving reviewing various assignments and giving advice to clients where required
• Assisting the reporting partner with raising fee notes and management of work-in-progress
• Training, motivating and developing other staff members.

The right candidate will have the following:

• ACCA/ACA qualified

• Proven experience working in an accountancy practice
• Knowledge of accountancy and cloud-based packages
• Keen to develop and progress in an accountancy firm
• Strong communication and team working skills
• Organisational skills
• Passion for what you do, enthusiasm and self-motivated
