Corporate Finance Advisor
Salary: £35k - £40 + discretionary bonus after qualifying period and excellent benefit package
Location: Crawley
Hours: 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri

Are you looking for a dynamic role within a highly reputable organisation?

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a new and exciting corporate finance team that is looking for a recently qualified ACCA or ACA ambitious and engaging candidate.

You will be the type of individual that enjoys attending marketing events and liaising with fee earners regarding opportunities with current clients and working out of the organisation’s other offices from time to time.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with valuation work
• Drafting reports on findings
• Undertaking forensic accounting work and drafting expert witness reports
• Conducting research on potential purchasers
• Leading work in connection with diligence exercises
• Running data rooms and compiling information for transactions
• Co-ordinate the production and maintenance of corporate marketing materials

The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• ACCA or ACA qualified
• Ability to write complex reports
• Ability to analyse and understand information
• Demonstrable networking experience is desirable or the ability to build rapport effectively to enhance business relationships
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
