Contract: 12 months + extensions

Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead an absolute 'A-Team' on an S/4HANA Transformation program at a Sydney based Government client
- Required to deliver on large scale SAP implementation and lead the full life cycle & deployment delivery using the appropriate methodologies
- Manage the project initiation, RFPs, business case development, vendor selection, vendor management, team leadership, senior stakeholder engagement and steering committee reporting
- Develop enterprise agile operating models and coach the team through the implementation
- Ensure that suitable governance is in place for the project
- Identify and manage any project level risks and issues and escalate and program-level risks and issues
- Ensure that suitable schedules are in place and maintained for the project
- Present weekly and monthly team updates and manage meetings and timelines
Required skills:
- 5+ years of SAP Program Management across medium-large teams
- 10+ years of experience in relation to SAP Projects
- Extensive and hands on experience on S/4HANA project experience and delivery as a Program Manager
- High level written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences, including negotiation and mediation skills for conveying complex ICT architectures
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and multi-layered teams on SAP Projects
- Expert level knowledge and experience in key stakeholder management and client engagement
