Role: Sybase Specialist
Contract length: 1 month for the initial POC + 12 month extension
Location: Sydney
Start date: August 2019
Responsibilities:
- Setting up a Sybase database on a cloud system
- Deploying the MSA Setup
- Configure and test HA/DR setup (including replication)
- Gather requirements from the client
- Build the Sybase prototype
- Present findings and knowledge to the Clients
- Provide SAP best practice solution design and to assist, where possible, in aligning to SAP roadmap and provide actionable recommendations across the Sybase solution
Required skills:
- Must have relevant Sybase experience (i.e. within the last two years)
- Excellent client engagement and key stakeholder management
- Experience in pilot systems, requirement gathering and prototyping
- Knowledge of public cloud setup is highly desirable
