Castle Employment are looking for a Property Maintenance Manager for a rapidly developing national Property sourcing business. The Property Maintenance Manager will recruit effective tradespeople to perform maintenance on properties based across the UK. The role will involve managing a small team, and offers an excellent opportunity to join a market leading, successful business that has a strong culture of training and developing their staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct a very busy team within an office environment.
- Building great systems and processes to be effective and ensure that all issues are captured, understood and dealt with
- Build great rapport with contractors to be able to develop effective long term relationships
- Negotiating great trade discounts due to the volume of works that need carrying out
Skills/Experience needed:
- An understanding of property refurbishments and the trades OR proven track record of being able to work quickly and effectively in a new industry.
- Motivator, who is task driven.
- Strong communicator both internally and externally across all levels
The Package:
- Salary between £30,000-£60,000, depending upon experience
