The Position:
Castle Employment are looking for a driven and focused sales professional to join a successful and developing company who pride themselves on excellent service to clients and each other, as members of the team. They look for long term relationships and careers, both with clients and within the business.
Working for one of the fastest growing businesses within their sector, you will be required to join their already successful sales team to generate business and leads across their UK market.
The role will be telephone based, calling customers have already showed an interest in the company's services. You will be working with existing clients to help them explore what the company can offer and choose the right products for them.
To be considered for the role you will have a proven telephone sales background with a track record of meeting targets, converting leads and closing sales OR have an interest in sales and be willing to learn.
Requirements:
• Previous telephone Sales experience OR have an interest in learning about Sales
• Ability to generate leads and develop business and close the deal
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident IT ability
• Self Motivated, target driven and keen to increase earnings
The Company
The company a market leader within their field in the UK, and employ over 20 staff.
The Benefits:
• Scarborough location, easily commutable from Bridlington, Driffield, Whitby, Beverley, York and Hull.
• Money - £16,000 to £20,000 dependant on experience. The realistic OTE for the role is £30,000-£60,000 depending upon performance, with a pension, heath care and gym membership
• Full time hours Monday-Friday 9.00am-6.00pm
