JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience in project management with a strong technical background. You will manage the rollout of a variety of products to our customer base, coordinating with the Customer, Product, Network and Sales Teams. In addition, you will be expected to troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support via web-based administration tools, telephone and e-mail. You will also advise customers regarding our products proper usage and address specific product issues.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • PMP (optional) or CAPM Certification (optional)
  • CSM (optional) or CSP (optional) Requirements for the Position of Deployment Technician / Coordinator
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Must be comfortable coordinating multiple projects in a meticulous manner
  • Proven track record of outstanding customer interfacing skills
  • Able to work under pressure and able to translate engineering-driven responses into customer-friendly communications
  • Able to work on customer cases for multiple customers at the same time and handle them with the required urgency and priority levels
  • Must be a proactive self-starter with a high level of dedication and motivation, being able to develop new ideas and creative solutions as needed
  • Must be able to self-prioritize workload and deliver results in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel
  • Comfortable updating documents in Microsoft SharePoint

  • Experience with ITIL (Info. Tech. Infrastructure Library) processes and products
  • Experience and Knowledge of the entire Software Development Life Cycle
  • Excellent Time Management, Organization, and Multi-Tasking Skills
  • Experience managing projects that utilize offshore and remote teams
  • Familiarity with RUP, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience with IP networking and protocol support Additional Skills (not required)
  • Ability to write SQL queries (preferably on Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Scripting experience (Shell, Python, Perl, Ruby, etc.)
  • Windows/Unix/Linux (including command line) experience
  • Experience with SOAP / Web Services
  • Experience with online advertising
  • Experience using Firebug or Fiddler2 or other Web Debugging Proxy
  • Remote access tools (Team Viewer, GotoMeeting, etc.)
