I’m looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to join an international leader in digital gaming in their London office. With over 1000 online games being played by millions of users each month across the globe these guys know how to make things fun!
As a Marketing Communications Manager you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing CRM campaigns for the companies most popular games across a variety of channels including email, social media, and mobile & web. You’ll need to be results orientated and analyse the performance of these campaigns to identify trends and future opportunities.
As you would expect, they like to have fun themselves too. You’ll get to work in a relaxed open-plan office, with a pool table, plenty of games consoles (with a MASSIVE screen!), and weekly yoga classes!
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating and managing marketing campaigns for the company’s key games
- Running these campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, in-app notifications, and push notifications
- Regularly analysing and reporting on campaign results to executives
- A/B Testing different formats/offers etc
- Working with other teams such as Art, Games Design, and Developers
What you’ll need:
- Knowledge and experience in multi-channel marketing
- Strong experience in Mobile CRM
- Team management experience
- A background in the gaming industry, ideally working with a global customer base
- An understanding of tracking and measurement tools
- A proactive, business savvy attitude
