A successful market leading FMCG business based near Driffield are recruiting for an experienced Machine Operative to join their team. The successful candidate will ideally have worked within an extrusion role before however full training will be provided. An agricultural background would be beneficial but not essential.
The successful Machine Operative will be responsible for;
- Carrying out basic repairs of machinery
- Operating the Extrusion machine
- Working alongside the Engineers
To be considered for this role you will ideally have;
- Previous machine operative experience
- Previous extrusion experience, however full training will be provided
- Be mechanically minded and comfortable with a manual process
- Have a pro-active attitude and a fantastic work ethic
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work to cover all areas of production on completion of training, the shift pattern includes day, night and weekend shift patterns
- Due to location own transport is essential
