Contracts Manager - Regional Civil Engineering Contractor - Residential Housing - Permanent or Contract

I am currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager for a £26million turnover regional civil engineering contractor who are looking to expand their senior management team by recruiting a Contracts Manager to look after and grow their residential roads & sewers divison working for the major housebuilders throughout the region. 

They operate within commercial groundworks, RC frames, 278 works and residential groundworks and have ambitous plans to grow. 

They are looking for a Contracts Manager who has experience at a senior management level within this sector who can hit the ground running and be real asset for the business.
