- Reviews contractual documentation;
- Reviews operating instruction for the electrical part;
- Verifies that the commissioning & start up requirements are accounted for info engineering documents;
- Defines and reviews the commissioning spare parts & consumables for electrical
- Takes part in project planning & scheduling; Prepares and keeps up-to-date the commissioning, start up execution plan (including the mobilization of personnel) for the electrical part.
- Supervises the preparation of the commissioning and energization procedures for all substations and switchgears and other electrical devices.
- Reviews and\or defines the Licensor\Vendors schedule and assignment, concerning the commissioning start up and test run activities for electrical part
- Supervises the preparation of the integrated commissioning and start up schedule; for these activities defines the specific temporary logistic required to comply with the project scope of work (electrical generators, portable HVAC, etc)
- Defines special tools list for the commissioning and energization of all substations and switchgears and other electrical devices.
- Supports the HSE Manager for the aspect falling within his area of responsibilities and for the preparation of the general HSE plan;
- Ensures the application of the HSE Manual for the activities falling within his sphere of responsibility, with particular attention to LOTO procedure.
- Ensure the issue of work progress reports for the part he is responsible for.
