Are you a Learning & Development professional thinking about the next step?

I am working with a renown and internationally recognised not-for-profit organisation, in their search for a Learning & Development Officer. This is a permanent role in central London, paying up to £36,000.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will be involved with designing and delivering training programmes, using the e-learning system, and manage performance/capability reviews for the organisation.

With training programmes, you will be able to identify and understand how to improve process, which will allow you to create training packs for both new starters and existing employees. This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong relationships with your colleagues and ensure the best training is provided.

Once you have settled in and mastered the e-learning system, you will then become the first point of contact amongst your colleagues in how to use it. This is a great way to promote online training resources and analyse the data you need.

With performance/capability reviews, this will allow you to work one-on-one with individuals and build upon your coaching and mentoring experience.

There will also be some generalist HR aspects to get involved with, such as recruitment coordination and employee engagement initiatives.
