I have partnered with a highly-reputable not for profit organisation in Central London, and they are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the team. This is an ongoing role, paying £28-30,000.

Supporting the current Recruitment Advisor and Recruitment Manager, you will get involved with a high volume of live vacancies in the corporate function. You will therefore be working closely with hiring managers, reviewing job descriptions, advertising roles, finding the best talent possible, coordinating interviews, and drafting contracts. This will allow you to immerse yourself in a busy environment and be able to represent the organisation when speaking with candidates.

This will be a highly varied role with different responsibilities to juggle. Therefore I am looking to speak with in-house recruitment or HR professionals who are available on short notice. Attention to detail and excellent written skills are key in this role.
