TSA Ltd are an established specialist recruitment agency operating across civil engineering, building and MEICA Disciplines.
Our client works to deliver major built environment and critical national infrastructure projects across UK. They provide design, build and engineering services across various sectors, including services in the Water Industry, across various water frameworks.
They are currently recruiting for a Senior Project manager to join their team on a permanent basis, to help deliver a multi-million pound Design & Build Contract on one of their water treatment plants in the Midlands.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in the successful delivery of schemes of varying sizes in the clean water industry.
Duties will include:
- Coordinate delivery team comprising of all project delivery staff, including designers and other operatives and sub-contractors
- Relevant contribution to the business financial targets, set out with the Operations Director
- Implementation and delivery of operational plan and commercial targets
- Timely completion of projects within requested timescale and budget, while ensuring quality of delivery
- Adhere to QESH Standards at all times
- Coordinating compliance and risk management controls
- Controlling waste and operational expenditure
- Liaise with customers and stakeholders with focus on relationship building for future business
- Ensure procedures are followed in regards to current legislation, legal and contractual requirements
- Improving performance through regular reviews of project status
- Ensure all KPI and KPM are achieved
Experience:
- Industry Applicable HNC/ONC B. Engineering or NVQ Equivalent
- Successful delivery of multi-million pound value Design and Build Schemes in the Water sector
- Familiar with NEC forms of Contracts
