Our client, who has an annual turnover of £300million are a leading solution provider to the Construction Industry in UK. Their aim is to excel as a leader in the construction and civil engineering sectors whilst building long term relationships and a quality reputation with their clients.
They are currently recruiting for Commissioning Engineers across all levels/disciplines to work across their United Utilities frameworks on the refurbishment and rebuild of various water, waste water treatment plants and New Constructions.
Duties will include:
- New Build and refurbishment of equipment such as Chemical Dosing and De-watering and Secondary Treatment Plants;
- Clean water projects e.g. reservoirs, pumping stations, filters, chemical dosing;
- Refurbishment and installation of various control equipment and instrumentation;
- Documentation of all commissioning services carried out;
- Liaise commissioning between supplier and contractor;
- Assisting with design and development of works for a building portfolio;
- Process of installation and commissioning of projects from design to completion;
- Liaise with MEP engineers to ensure health & safety and economy;
Skills/Experience:
- Ability to resolve technical difficulties and other issues that may arise;
- Experience of commissioning and installation of both electrical and mechanical assets;
- Awareness of electrical procedures;
- Experience of MEP Commissioning within the Water Sector;
- Producing and reviewing risk assessments and method statements;
- Full UK Driving Licence
