Castle Hospitality and Cleaning are looking for an experienced Head Chef to undertake a seasonal vacancy at a successfully renowned business in the Whitby area. Are you an experienced Head Chef looking for a temporary opportunity with an excellent option to earn competitive rates of pay?
The Role
- An experienced Head Chef is required at a highly reputable restaurant in the Whitby area.
- Our client is very eager to let the Head Chef have a lot of freedom in the Kitchen, with external input in to Menu planning very much encouraged.
- You will be part of a small Kitchen team, with a great focus on team work and collaboration to get everything done in the Kitchen.
- Experience with Fresh Food and as a Head Chef is vital for maintenance of the high standards the establishment sets.
- Team working skills and knowledge of Kitchen Management is vital, this role will involve development of staff as well as management and control of Kitchen bureaucracy, such as Temperature and Stock control.
