Castle Employment Group are currently recruiting on behalf of their esteemed Hospitality client for experienced Front of House supervisor to join an exponentially growing business at a Brasserie/Bar.
The Position:
Castle Hospitality and Cleaning Division are looking for engaging and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join Castle’s exciting growing Hospitality team this season. Castle Hospitality team have extensive knowledge of the local Hospitality sector, with a proven track record of success in providing temporary and permanent roles on flexible contracts to suit all circumstances, ranging from part time work around studies/other roles/other commitments, right through to providing full time work.
The Duties:
- As a member of the front of house team you will be responsible for giving the best customer service possible in the high end restaurants and pub.
- You will be required to meet and greet customers, answer any questions you may have and seat them at their table.
- To server the customers whilst remaining engaging at all times
- Using the till and cash handling
- Serving alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks
- Management of the small team in Managerial absence.
- Large focus on maintenance of staff development, training, stock management and rota management
