THE POSITION:

Castle Hospitality & Cleaning are looking for an experienced and capable Fish Fryer to work in for an established chain of restaurants in the Scarborough area. This role will be a full-time position with a view to a permanent opportunity in the future. A Fish Fryer is responsible for all aspects of the frying of fish, ensuring the batter is readily mixed as well as making sure all food preparation surfaces are cleaned and kept tidy at all times.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• As a Fish Fryer you are required to fry the fresh produce, ensure all batter is ready and mixed and to make sure all food preparation areas are regularly maintained and cleaned.
• Experience is essential as this will be a fast paced and challenging role, the ideal candidate needs to have experience at frying fish prior
• The ideal candidate may have experience from a background of fast paced Hospitality in a Fish Restaurant or Fish & Chip shop.
