Castle Hospitality division are recruiting for a Live-In Hospitality Couple to work on a part time basis on behalf of an esteemed client, based on the outskirts of York. This position is available on a paid weekly, ongoing basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a couple to be part of a well-established country house. The impressive farm estate boasts an impressive four bedroom house, with the on-site accommodation being free of charge, in the form of a two-bedroom recently refurbished cottage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General assistance around the estate
- Housekeeping, tidying of the country house and all other domestic duties as per request of management
- Light gardening/farming and livestock duties as well as occasional feeding of poultry.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven Housekeeping experience and willingness to go above and beyond.
- Experience with a rural background is advantageous.
- Experience in a farming environment preferred.
- Assists in storeroom & receiving area spot checks.
- Able to an independent worker and work to deadlines.
- Approachable, enthusiastic and hands on.
