Service Desk Analyst – (First Line Support, Help Desk Engineer)  

Service Desk Analyst sought by a growing software house in Chorley. You will provide 1st line support to the companies customers on their data management products.

Key responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all customers
  • Provide 1st Line Support
  • Responsible for the triage of Service Desk calls received and prioritise them
  • Log all calls and respond to all service desk calls through telephone, email or web portal
  • Meet deadlines within SLAs
  • Keep up to date on all products in order to provide the best service to the customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least a years’ experience as a Service Desk Analyst working on a busy service desk and will have excellent customer service skills.
