Castle Hospitality & Cleaning are currently recruiting experienced Bar staff, bar backs or glass collectors to work the evening shift during the whole summer season. This is a 6pm-1am shift with the opportunity to work up to 6 days a week!
The Position:
We are looking for engaging, outgoing and competent Bar staff, bar backs or glass collectors or people that have worked in a bar environment to work the 6pm - 1am shift. As bar staff - you will be a member of the events and bar team, you will be responsible for serving all customers alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
The Requirements .
- You will be required to walk to the floor to ensure any empty glasses are collected and returned to the bar to be washed and re-used
- To fill and empty the glass wash and ensure all the glasses are in the correct place
- Ensuring behind the bar is kept stocked, with food and non food products
- Using the till and cash handling
- To be able to change barrels and clean down the bar at the end of the evening
