Castle Hospitality & Cleaning are currently recruiting on behalf of their esteemed Hospitality client for experienced Bar staff, bar backs or glass collectors to work the evening shift during the whole summer season. This is a 6pm-1am shift with the opportunity to work up to 6 days a week!
The Position:
We are looking for engaging, outgoing and competent bar staff or people that have worked in a bar environment to work the 6pm - 1am shift. As bar staff - you will be a member of the events and bar team, you will be responsible for serving all customers alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
The Requirements .
- You will be required to walk to the floor to ensure any empty glasses are collected and returned to the bar to be washed and re-used
- To fill and empty the glass wash and ensure all the glasses are in the correct place
- Ensuring behind the bar is kept stocked, with food and non food products
- Using the till and cash handling
- To be able to change barrels and clean down the bar at the end of the evening
