Proactive and self-motivated individual to oversee accounting team who manage A/R accounts for Pay TV, SVOD, Hotel and AVOD customers which calls for the calculation of complex license fees, invoicing, collection efforts and resolving discrepancies.
Confidently interact with customers, Sales and Legal to implement contractual terms and provide account status to senior management of division. Field requests and provide support to Finance team as needed.
Review divisional accounting and financial reporting for the TV Distribution group (including monthly revenue and cash flash reports). Review journal entries and balance sheet recons and other work product of Senior and Financial Analysts.
Manage the monthly sub-ledger to GL close and resolve discrepancies.
Team player and point person in day to day training and development of the team.
Assist management in meeting the quarterly Sarbanes-Oxley customer review requirement.
