Beacon Hill Legal’s client, a national law firm, is seeking an experienced real estate paralegal for their Midtown Manhattan office for a temporary opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting title and survey reviews
• Conducting due diligence
• Preparing and maintain closing checklists
• Assisting in preparations for closing and attendance at closings
• Preparing closing binders
• Preparing summaries of loan documents and other material documents

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with commercial real estate finance attorneys
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
