Growing REIT located in Midtown Manhattan is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant/Office Manager on a temp to hire basis. This role requires you to be the face of the firm as you will be the first point of contact for all Investors and Clients.  You will be supporting the office of 12 employees making sure the ins and outs run smoothly; answering and directing calls, liaising with building management, ordering and stocking supplies and whatever else is needed.  You will mainly be providing support to the two Managing Partners who are absolutely lovely; booking all travel arrangements including detailed itineraries, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, liaising with clients and more. You will also be a vital part of the IR team in helping to plan companywide events, yearly investor meetings and more.  The ideal candidate will be extremely polished, friendly, proactive, eager and a true added value to the firm.  You will be an integral part of this growing company.  The daily hours are Monday through Fridays from 8:30am – 5:30pm with the flexibility to work overtime and be accessible after hours if needed.  At least 1 year of prior Executive Assistance support is required.  Salary is DOE + discretionary bonus + benefits & 401k.
