Technical Analyst

Technical Analyst Summary:

Signature Consultants has an opportunity for a Technical Analyst.  Our client needs resources to help divide and conquer to deliver system specifications for their lending transformation initiative. Our client will deliver their initial product in Q3 of 2019. New resources need to be able to set in, learn portions of the system interfaces and be able to work with SMEs, developers and vendors to adequately document system interactions and user experiences. Deliverables will be usecase focused functional specifications, data mapping matrices, data flow diagrams and SLA documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Word, Visio, Excel
  • Demonstrated prior work in documenting system interfaces (web services, file exchanges) using Excel/Word/Visio to document current state and future state, interactions between systems and data translations
  • Understanding of data structures (i.e. Database tables, relationships, views) a big plus
  • Basic abilities to query existing database tables a big plus / familiar with SQL
  • User Interface mock ups using Confluence Balsamiq, Photoshop, or iRise
  • Prior use of Jira (as a user, not administrator)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under tight timelines
  • Team player
  • Ability to work with remote team members (across the country) and onsite teams
