Quality Assurance Lead

Quality Assurance Lead Summary:

Signature Consultants has an opportunity for a QA Lead on our clients Artificial Intelligence Development Team. The candidate will be working on getting the testing process further automated. They must have lead or management experience, excellent communication skills and have the abililty to represent QA in meetings. The ideal candidate needs to be technically strong with development strategy. This group uses Java but experience with another programming language will work (ruby or node would be good). Because this group is working with cutting edge technology, the candidate will need to be well versed in new technologies, capable of thinking outside the box. What do you do to stay up to date with technology? Is there certain literature you are subscribed to that help you stay in touch? What side projects do you work on?

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a lead
  • Strong Knowledge of QA
  • Java and Selenium experience
  • Ability to manager and run meetings
  • Great communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS OR in some engineering field with some coding work
  • Have a portfolio or some other presentable materials for private (pet) projects they have worked on—this should be something distinct from course work at school
  • Great problem solving/critical thinking skills
  • Must be excited about working in innovative fields such as AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, etc.

Plus:

  • Experience with Selenium and Java
  • AI or Machine Learning experience
  • Experience with Java
