OVERVIEW
This position is in the Global Apparel and Equipment planning organization. This position is Involved in global demand and supply planning activities and projects to improve supply chain and planning efficiency. This is an 8-5 normally (with occasional early or late meetings as early as 7am, as late as 6pm and other extended hours during testing and go live periods).

REQUIRED
Experience with / knowledge of I.T. implementations
Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize/multi-task
Self directed/motivated; ability to work with little direction; flexibility and tolerance for ambiguity


RESPONSIBILITIES
Acting as Test coordinator for Global Apparel organization for the Project/Transition Management for Global Apparel and Equipment planning initiatives:
Partner with Subject Matter Experts to develop test scenarios and test scripts in quality center
Develop detailed test plans and supporting data matrix
Partner with Leadership to develop resource plans to support test execution
Actively manage and coordinate test execution
Partner with test coordinators in other functions to support test execution
Partner IT organization to actively manage and track issues identified in testing
Maintain regular communication with all the impacted parties on testing progress and status of different issues
Actively manage and coordinate testing with external partners
Support go-live prep, go-live execution and stabilization
This is a functional Systems Test Coordinator role related to the planning/supply/retail side of the business. It would be nice to have experience in with planning or supply chain activities.
