My client is one of the leading players in the B2B Food Industry and is currently looking for a Sales Manager to join the team, to manage a few key channels.

As the Sales Manager, you are responsible for planning and implementing channel strategies for your assigned channels to drive business objectives. You must be able to manage and build relations with your key stakeholders internally and externally to deliver results.

Reporting directly to the Head of Business Unit, you are responsible for a small team as such you have to provide leadership to ensure targets and KPIs are met for the team.

To be successful in this role, you must be analytical, strong in numbers and able to thrive in a process driven environment. Having deep understanding of the B2B Food Channels market is important to develop the right strategies and activities to drive long term profitability and growth. You should also have a degree in business and at least 8 to 10 years of experience in managing multiple categories across various channels. Distributor management experience is highly valued.
