We are currently looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to work for an established business based in the Driffield area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy Procurement team and have further development within the Supply Chain & Procurement area. It is also easily commutable from Hull, Scarborough, Malton & surrounding areas
Job Role:
- Management of the procurement function
- Development of relationships with suppliers
- Working with the site technical/R+D team to deal with customer complaints & Product Development
- Preparation of Future trend analysis of material/package prices
- Working with the technical dept to optimise product recipes & solutions
- Management of the Goods In team
We would be keen to speak to anyone with proven experience within a similar Procurement Management role and a background in the food sector would be beneficial. You should enjoy working in a fast paced environment, be highly organised and be a team player with a positive attitude and some management experience
