Castle are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join an established manufacturing business in North Yorkshire This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic business and play a key role in contributing to and supporting continued growth. The role would ideally suit someone with composite experience
Key responsibilities:
- Engagement with potential customers (internal and external) and partners for business development activities.
- Carry out analysis of growth opportunities through market research, trade exhibitions and close customer relationships, identifying market gaps and early opportunities
- Conduct regular competitor analysis
- Delivery of capture plans and value propositions to increase the probability of winning orders from key customers and markets.
- Provide up to date and accurate information into all monthly business planning reports such
- Lead the customer interface and proposal collation within the bid process in conjunction with commercial, technical, quality and manufacturing to deliver appropriately attractive proposals to customers
Skills, experience and attributes
- Good Knowledge and background of Business Development within the Naval, Marine and Engineering industry
- Composite knowledge is ideal but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree level or equivalent
- Ability to create and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues and customers
